About organization

This page is designed to create and establish common peace in the world and is set by me, i.e. Wojciech Urbański, the creator of an Internet Organization called InternationalPeace. This is the starting point of the project and, at the same time, a clear statement of intention. InternationalPeace is not a temporary campaign and it is not a reaction to one single event. It is a long-term idea based on the belief that peace can be supported when people begin to understand the world more calmly, more precisely, and with more respect for facts.

InternationalPeace is an independent initiative. It is not connected with any government, political party, corporation, or any form of institutional propaganda. I created it as a space for reflection, observation, and explanation. The main purpose of this website is to develop a way of thinking about peace that is practical and realistic. Peace is often discussed through emotions, slogans, and simplified stories. Those elements can be powerful, but they are not enough to build stability. Stable peace needs understanding, and understanding requires looking at the world as it really is, not only as we wish it to be.

A key observation behind InternationalPeace is that countries do not exist in equal conditions. They are different by structure. They differ in geography, access to the sea, borders and neighbours, natural resources, climate conditions, economic strength, industry, education, technology, demography, internal stability, historical experience, and security environment. These differences shape how societies live and how governments make decisions. They also shape fear, ambitions, dependency, and the pressure that can push countries toward conflict. If we ignore those differences, it becomes easy to create false expectations and quick judgments. If we recognize them, it becomes easier to understand patterns and to think about solutions that actually have a chance to work.

In InternationalPeace I use the idea of a “position matrix” to describe how each country is located in global reality. This is not a moral judgment and it is not a ranking of who is better. It is a way to describe conditions and constraints. Every country has its own position created by many factors combined together. Some positions provide safety and abundance. Some positions create vulnerability and constant pressure. When we understand a country’s position, we often understand that its behaviour is not only a matter of attitude, ideology, or personality of leaders. Very often it is a reaction to structural conditions and to the fear of losing stability, access, and security.

One of the most important parts of the position matrix is supplies. When I speak about supplies, I do not mean only money. Supplies include energy access, raw materials, water, food safety, infrastructure, transport routes, industrial capacity, technology, knowledge, education, and access to markets. Supplies also include the ability to protect supply chains and the ability to stay independent during crisis. It is normal that one country has more supplies than another. The world is not built in equal parts. The problem begins when differences in supplies become a reason for domination, humiliation, dependency without balance, or competition without rules. In such conditions, peace becomes more fragile because fear grows, and fear is one of the fastest ways to justify aggression or escalation.

This website is created to look behind headlines. Conflicts usually have a visible story. People talk about borders, alliances, ideology, religion, old disputes, or individual leaders. Those things matter, but they do not always explain the true mechanisms that keep tension alive for years. Underneath, many conflicts are connected with insecurity, resource pressure, unequal influence, blocked development opportunities, strategic routes, and systems of dependency that create resentment. InternationalPeace is focused on understanding these deeper layers. The aim is not to defend anyone and not to condemn anyone without analysis. The aim is to build a calmer perspective where facts are important, and where emotions do not replace thinking.

InternationalPeace also exists because I believe that common peace is not only a political topic. It is a human topic. It is about daily life, safety of families, education, health, dignity, and the possibility to plan the future without constant fear. When peace is weak, normal life becomes unstable. When peace is stable, people can build, learn, work, cooperate, and develop. That is why the subject of peace deserves more than short statements and simplified narratives. It deserves attention, patience, and honest reflection.

The content on this website is meant to support awareness. Awareness is not a weak form of action. Awareness is often the beginning of real change, because it reduces manipulation. When people understand that countries are shaped by different conditions, it becomes harder to push them into hatred using stereotypes. When people understand how dependency works, it becomes harder to sell them unrealistic solutions. When people understand the role of resources and supply chains, it becomes easier to identify risks early and to reduce escalation before it becomes unstoppable.

InternationalPeace is built on values that are simple and demanding at the same time. Respect for human dignity is one of them. Non-violence is another one, because lasting peace cannot be built on fear. Honesty is also necessary, because peace is not served by lies, even if lies sound comforting. Openness to dialogue is important, because listening is part of understanding, and understanding is part of peace. Finally, long-term thinking matters, because many conflicts are created by short-term decisions that ignore future consequences. Peace is not a quick product. Peace is a structure that must be maintained.

This project is written for people who want to think deeper than simple explanations. You do not need to be a diplomat, academic, or politician to take part in the discussion about peace. If you are curious, if you value calm thinking, and if you believe that cooperation is stronger than escalation, then this website is for you. InternationalPeace is not here to provide final answers for every problem. It is here to ask better questions, to connect facts, and to encourage a way of looking at the world that supports stability.

InternationalPeace is a long-term initiative. It may grow over time through new pages, new reflections, and new analyses. The intention remains the same. To create and establish common peace in the world by supporting understanding, responsibility, and respect for reality. Peace begins when we stop treating differences as an excuse for conflict, and start treating them as a reason to design fairer cooperation.
